Second, inste@d of h@ving to m@rin@te or se@r the tenderloin, you simply use hoisin s@uce @s @n @ll in one fl@vor p@cked gl@ze.

The hoisin s@uce is genius @s @ gl@ze in this recipe. It doesn’t re@lly give @n @si@n fl@vor profile to the dish, it just @dds the extr@ sweet @nd s@lty fl@vor th@t re@lly compliments the pork.

While the pork tenderloins @re ro@sting, mix up @ simple herb butter compound th@t will help finish the tenderloins @nd the pot@toes @nd green be@ns.

Remove tenderloins from oven @nd let rest before slicing, topping with h@lf of herb butter.

Ingredients
  • 2 1 pound pork tenderloins, trimmed
  • 1/4 cup hoisin s@uce
  • 1 pound green be@ns, stems trimmed
  • 1 1/2 pounds b@by pot@toes cut in h@lf lengthwise
  • 3 t@blespoons olive oil
  • kosher s@lt @nd freshly ground pepper
  • 4 t@blespoons butter softened
  • 2 t@blespoons freshly minced chives
  • 1 g@rlic clove minced into p@ste
  • non stick cooking spr@y


Instructions
  1. Lower oven r@ck to middle lower position @nd prehe@t oven to 450 degrees. Spr@y he@vy duty b@king sheet with nonstick cooking spr@y. 
  2. In @ l@rge bowl, combine green be@ns with 1 t@blespoon of olive oil, 1/4 te@spoon of kosher s@lt @nd 1/4 te@spoon of freshly ground pepper. @rr@nge green be@ns in center of b@king sheet.
